Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that cancellations impact our scheduling. To ensure fairness to all our clients, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to late cancellations. We encourage you to provide as much notice as possible.

Thank you for booking your appointment at Bear River Spa and Yoga! As a reminder, a 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
